I prefer going to the gym before work at 3 a.m. and love that I can access the gym at my own convenience, especially during holidays! The staff at Flex Fit is very supportive and motivational in person, and also on social media pages.

Since then, the company has expanded to 5 locations-including Round Rock, Downtown Austin, and now 3 separate facilities in Corpus Christi-with a membership base of over 25 thousand individuals.
