My career began on the other side of coaching- as a Student Athlete.
I grew up being a gymnast and Track and Field Athlete with a love for competition and performing.
As an All American Athlete holding several Triple Jump Records in the Eastern Connecticut Conference my passion for Health & Fitness began over 20 years ago.
My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training.
I grew up being a gymnast and Track and Field Athlete with a love for competition and performing.
