Their professor Dustin Rhodes is very knowledgeable and inviting. I got a chance to roll with him and even though he could shut me down with every move you was light and respectful of my abilities. This is reflected in his students. Not one meathead in the bunch. Any way, top notch. Thanks for letting me train with you all! Quality of instruction is very good, and it's obvious that a lot of care is put into the development of the trainees. Nothing is free so you'll have to put in the time on the mats to progress. Be prepared to discover the many stages of white belt.
