Jessica Vezilier is from France and moved to Florida 11 years ago.
She attended Lycee De La Salle, in Rennes, France, where she earned her Associate Degree in Business.
She was always very active growing up, she was a competitive gymnast throughout high school and played volleyball in college.
She discovered her love for weight training after her dad passed away, it became her therapy then and became her passion.
Fitness has changed her life in so many positive ways.
It has taught her discipline as well as how to challenge herself and has rewarded her with overall confidence.

There will be no more than 7 per group, because we want to give you the attention you deserve!

We are approved trainers at SunCity Fitness Center, Waterset Community Gym & Del Webb Southshore Falls Fitness Center.
One on one workout will be customized to your specific goals.

All you have to do is download the free app Zoom on your computer or phone.
You will be added to our private Facebook group where a daily link will be posted 15 minutes prior to the workout.
Workouts will only require a chair or bench and household items if you do not have free weights.
Because your brain doesn't measure calories from liquid sugar the same way it does for solid foods.
