At Elite Fitness Headquarters, we are dedicated to creating more than just a gym culture. Through our highly individualistic approach to training and fitness, we evaluate, implement, and design a training experience that fits our athlete's goals and needs. Back in 2013, Mo Revels attended Mitch Griffin's Memorial Day MURPH WOD. The two got to talking about the fitness industry, especially the science behind training athletes.

From there, three years and two expansions later, Griffin and Revels created Elite Fitness, a facility where any athlete can earn their wings. Currently, Elite Fitness has 150 active members who participate in a variety of classes that range anywhere from sports specific to endurance to strength training. Every coach takes every athlete's health and fitness goals into consideration and designs and implements an individualized program to not only meet but surpass those goals.

Elite Fitness Headquarters is only looking to grow. We're dedicated to not only increasing the number of athletes but also our facilities and staff.
Services
Our coaches are dedicated to promoting skills, strength, and endurance to develop confident athletes in the sport of everyday life.
Maurice Revels, also known as Mo, has been a personal trainer since he graduated from Texas Tech in 2006 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science.
He graduated from Colleyville Heritage High school and received a football scholarship to the Air Force Academy in 2001.
Playing sports and training his body to perform at its best have been his life long passions.
He has now put that same focus, drive, and hard work that he used to excel in sports, into each person he comes across that has a fitness goal; whether it is sport specific, weight loss, weight gain, rehab or just overall fitness.
At Elite Fitness Headquarters we are committed to the development of athletes.
We strive to help every weekend warrior, soccer mom, college student and beyond with the goal of creating positive change in their lives both mentally and physically.
At Elite Fitness Headquarters, we believe that this is how we should live our lives.
Ready to handle stress, physical objects, or whatever gets in your way.
Our GPP program is based upon not only getting people "fit", but also teaching people about movement patterns and becoming strong within those patterns.
In this episode, the guys sit down with coach Mo's middle school Choir director Mrs. Julie Ann Allen.
They discuss her new book "The Battle Worth Fighting: Raising Faith Guided Children in a Single Parent Home."
Mrs. Allen was tragically widowed with a 7 year old daughter and 5 month old new born.
She walks us through the lessons she has learned raising her kids and how her faith has helped her through her journey.
For anyone raising kids, this is an insightful episode from one of the most influential people in our community.
To say Elite Fitness has changed my life is an understatement.
Their programming is challenging but rewarding.
The weights are heavy but not defeating.
The classmates are competitive but motivating.
The coaches push you to do your best and they practice what they preach.
I've lost weight, gained muscle, new friends and confidence at this gym.
It's a home away from home, and I look forward to challenging myself and becoming the best me I can be at Elite Fitness HQ!
What has been the greatest benefit of coming to EFHQ?
