Surefire Fitness has amazing group training sessions. I love the variety that it offers and the encouraging and supportive community that I've found there. My kids love being part of the youth classes also. It's a great place to work towards your fitness goals. Surefire has gotten me on track to a healthy lifestyle! I love the workouts and the community atmosphere of the group training - it motivates me to push harder.
I've lost significant weight and one pant size and I've only been at surefire for 2 months! They've also been great at working with me and providing modifications to accommodate some chronic pain issues I've been working through.
