My name is Scott Garan and I am a Master Trainer with certifications as a Fitness Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Bodybuilding Trainer, Specialist in Exercise Therapy and Youth Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.
I am also a certified Strength Trainer through Nautilus and a Physical Fitness Specialist through the Ohio Police Officer Training Academy.
I was the Lead Fitness Instructor for the University of Akron's Law Enforcement Training Center from 2000- 2008.

In general I like to train them 2 or 3 times a week at my gym and expect them to do cardio off sight on their own time.
This saves them money, and allows for results.
Still, everything is individual so this can change depending upon the clients goals.

You have access to a large variety of machines and free-weights in a private gym.
