With Owners who have been in the fitness industry for over 30+ combined years and having multiple personal trainer at Pasadena with degrees in Exercise Science, we strive to make this your best hour of your day and help you reach your goals.
Drew found CrossFit in 2010 after starting in the fitness industry in 2001.
He was one of the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches at Western Michigan University from 2002-2004, then went on to personal training and management of a corporate gym from 2007-2013.
