The program is split up targeting different body parts.
Each day we focus on specific body parts which change on a monthly basis.

Our expert trainers will provide you with guidance in flexibility, movement preparation, and strength training.
Typical workouts start with static stretching to enhance flexibility, bring balance, and address asymmetries in the body.
