Led by our certified CrossFit coaches, members of ALL fitness levels are encouraged & welcomed to join the CrossFit Crown City family! Through Personal Training, reach your goals faster by working one-on-one with a coach and follow your very own programming designed just for YOU! QuickFit consists of CrossFit workouts (minus gymnastic & barbell movements) that incorporate body weight movements & light resistance training.

A fun, youth fitness program with an emphasis on building strong character and healthy habits. Our well rounded CrossFit Teens program is designed for teens whether they're active in outside athletics or their primary fitness focus will be CF. Whether you're a CrossFitter looking to improve barbell technique or a lifter looking to compete on our USAW sanctioned barbell team, this is for you!

This unique strength class focuses on developing pure strength through a combination of bodybuilding & powerlifting movements. Prepare for competitions by attacking your weaknesses & working on progressions to build up to more complex movements & higher capacity workouts.

Our unique QuickFit program that's offered to all Crown City members consists of efficient & effective workouts that incorporate body weight movements and light resistance training.
Our QuickFit programming is a combination of bodyweight movements, light resistance training (ie: dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, etc.), and some sort of cardio whether it's rowing, biking, or running.
Gain yourself access to our QuickFit program through your CrossFit Crown City Membership or cash in on our exclusive QuickFit Membership granting you unlimited access to QuickFit classes.
Our "Introduction to CrossFit" package is designed to meet you wherever you are!
You will be working directly with one of our Certified CrossFit Coaches to go over all of the fundamental movements found in CrossFit.
With workouts designed specifically around your goals and a coach working with you one-on-one.
