I thought you'd be happy to know that I worked hard for 5 hours in the garden yesterday and 2 hours this morning (getting ready to have garden waste hauled away) and my back is doing well. I'm so pleased as this is the first time in almost 7 years that I've been able to work hard in the garden for a long stretch.
