You can tell the owners at Gulf Coast Muscle are passionate about building a gym that really stands apart from big box style gyms. Their equipment selection sets GCM apart from the rest with pieces you won't find anywhere else in the area, especially for hitting shoulders and legs. I was a member at GCM for over a year and other guests were always friendly and talkative. The membership price is worth it for the private atmosphere and speciality equipment for a gym with 24 hour access.

I have traveled all over the country and every time I am in a new city it is a goal of mine to visit gyms that have that classic body building feel. And I will say gulf coast muscle (GCM) is one of the top gyms that I have been to. I first came to CGM about a year ago traveling for work and absolutely fell in love, it is a private gym and the ppl in there mean business.

I am all for ppl going to the gym to better themselves, however going to the traditional box gyms can be frustrating due ppl lallygagging around and scrolling on their phones. I was fortunate enough to start a job in this area and make CGM my home gym. Andrew one of the owners is super great, he trains there and isn't afraid to have a convo with you if interested!

Another thing that I love is they have a tablet where you can select the music to be played, to many of the box gyms have horrible playlists. This again adds to the environment! If you are considering any gym in the largo area and need a 24/7 gym, look no where else and come to CGM

Phenomenal facility. Best trainer I've ever had. Very knowledgeable and goal oriented. Whatever your goal may be, from simple weight loss, to muscle building, all the way to pro bodybuilding training this gym is the real deal and can get you where you want to be. GCM isn't like the big, overcrowded gym factories in the area. Limited membership, great equipment, no crowds. High level athlete training for those wanting to take it to the next level.

The BEST gym around by far. Professional level equipment, clean, and amazing people and atmosphere. The gym has everything for any muscle group, very nice bathrooms, and tons of like minded people that love to workout and support each other.

Hands down best equipment and gym atmosphere you can find in Pinellas County. You can't not make gains when training here!
