Shawn Crowson is the founder of Mt Tam Fitness. He is an expert mountain bike racer and former triathlete. Whether you're looking for someone to help with rehabilitation, advancing your fitness to the next level or just getting started in developing a fitness routine, Shawn can help you reach your fitness goals. Shawn started Mt Tam Fitness out of his love for nature and living a fit, active life.
His inspiration for creating this business comes from playing and living in the mountains of Colorado. Shawn knows that most people don't have the luxury of getting outdoors in the beautiful Bay Area as much as they would like and he started Mt Tam Fitness for this very reason: to help people get fit in nature. Shawn want to give his clients the chance to feel what I've felt being on my bike or running outdoors.
Now Shawn creates workouts that challenge his clients, but don't push them past their fitness thresholds until they're ready. Shawn uses the natural motivational effects of the outdoors to inspire them to surpass the limits of their daily routines.

Bootcamp is a drop in format so attend as many classes as you want to based on your schedule.
However I am happy to start up a new boot camp, time dependent, if you have 4 or more people that want to get together and get fit.
Cash, check, is accepted.
Payment must be received by the first session of boot camp and is non-refundable once boot camp starts.
Registration is open until the series starts.
We can offer a one on one bootcamp warmup for the next series if you miss the deadline.
