Train2Change Fitness and Performance offers youth sports performance programs for athletes ages 6+ who want to get faster, stronger, quicker and become less prone to injury. We also offer ACL injury prevention programs and specialize in post-rehab conditioning to keep you off the sidelines ("OTS" ) and get you back in the game. We train adults too!

Whatever your fitness goal may be from getting fit to preparing for an athletic event, Train2Change Fitness is here to give you the tools necessary to achieve those goals. From individual one-on-one training to small group classes, we've got you covered.

Rob Viramontes is a Marin County based personal trainer with more than 19 years experience helping clients of all ages reach their health, fitness, and performance goals.
Rob provides elite sports performance and fitness programs to help maximize his clients' results thus making him a popular resource for those wanting to achieve their fitness goals.
Coach Viramontes specializes in ACL injury reduction on, youth fitness and post-rehab conditioning.
He also coaches high school and AAU basketball and is the Strength and Conditioning coach at San Domenico High School.
Developing the total athlete involves a careful balance and combination of age appropriate strength training, power development, speed training and skill development.
Limitations in any of these areas can prevent the athlete from reaching their full athletic potential.
Our Junior Athlete Performance program is designed with the younger athlete in mind.
At this level we want our athletes to learn how to move properly without the intimidation of working with older kids or adults.
Training sessions are age-appropriate and give young athletes the opportunity to explore and discover new ways to move.
At Train2Change Fitness we've been promoting high interval training, functional training and the "afterburn effect" for years.

I have been through many trainers and physical therapists the past few years through two ACL and two separate meniscus tears.

NBBA will strive to enhance each athlete's skills in an effort to better equip them for their short and long-term goals.
