PAI was founded in Dublin, OH in 2010 and is proud to be one of central Ohio's only boutique studios to offer both yoga and fitness opportunities for students. PAI was founded on the principles of offering a supportive environment to help members discover their body's full potential. Owner Amy LeClair emphasizes fitness and personal growth as the main goals of PAI.
The studio was established as a place to discover your body's full potential and that tradition has been carried on throughout the years. PAI is the Thai word for "GO" and we want to be a part of your fitness journey wherever it takes you!

This class is suitable for beginners or students at other levels interested in revisiting the basics.
Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes.
The temperature is set at 75 degrees.
Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into inner peace.
This mindful and slow flow class is great for those searching for a relaxing yoga experience through movement with breath awareness.
This class is suitable for beginners or students at other levels interested in revisiting the basics.

PAI Barre offers Barre Intensity for its PAI Barre program.
Barre Intensity combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training.
We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.
This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
Prior dance experience is not a requirement.
We use the ballet barre for support and we do incorporate various ballet positions/lingo but this is not a dance class.
Barre Intensity combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training.
We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.

An intense 45 minute cardio on the bikes (easily modified for all levels) will have you ready to lay on the mat and switch gears.
The remaining 15 minutes of class will focus on strengthening and toning the core, specifically abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles.
Instructors use music and verbal cues to simulate cycling on roads and trails.
While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners.
And you will love the music!
