Health coaching is a client-centered, science-based process of achieving self-determined goals related to health and wellness. Using techniques of motivational interviewing your supportive coach guides you along a path to achieving your best you! These goals could be anything from stress management, weight loss, fitness or nutritional goals. NOW Coaching is a wellness company that can assist you with figuring out how to get started or to get over a plateau.

We offer health coaching on an individual basis or as a workshop. A Certified Health Coach helps others achieve their health and wellness goals by providing science-based, trusted information, positive encouragement, and continued motivation. As a health coach, we can empower, motivate, educate, support, provide accountability and celebrate your success!.

I am Nichole and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

I was the founder, organizer and swim coach.

Individual coaching is one-on-one coaching that is completely personalized and tailored to the client.
We, the coach and client, work together to identify your health and wellness goals and to set a plan in place to achieve them.
The process is client-centered and offers support, mentoring and motivation to reach the next step.
FREE Initial consultations are available to discuss specific options tailored to fit your needs.
The Gulf Package offers twelve, 45-minute sessions that can be scheduled once a week or every other week depending on the client's needs and schedule.
Wellness workshops are interactive programs for the whole family.
We cover topics and tips that incorporate the four pillars of health.
The four pillars of health include Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition.
The program shows us that small changes and practical solutions can have big effects on our family's health and behavior.
Participants receive a comprehensive workbook and learn new ideas through hands-on activities, practical interaction and expert instruction.
Start Wellness has six, 1- hour interactive sessions that cover topics from all four pillars of health.
