Driven Strength & Fitness
Driven Strength and Fitness provides top notch sports performance for today's youth athletes. Driven also provides comprehensive fitness training in small group and 1 on 1 settings for athletes and adults. We combine mobility, strength, injury prevention, and conditioning with the latest training techniques to keep our clients performing at their best.

Our Programming has a proven track record getting athletes to the next level in a wide variety of sports but also improving quality of life for our adults. We are so proud of all our athletes and their accomplishments, but today we are spotlighting two of the hardest working members of the gym, Liam Quinn and Olivia Fanelli.
Services
Our adult functional group training is a highly coached small group setting that focus' on mobility, functional strength, and conditioning.
We specialize in dealing with the common back pain, shoulder problems, and nagging issues the average adult deals with.
This program is offered 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on your training level and availability.
Our session is a 60 minute workout with 10 minutes of mobility and flexibility worked followed by 35-40 minutes of high intensity functional movement focusing on strength, core stability, and muscle building.
Our 2 day per week program is our most popular program during school year.
This program is offered Mondays and Wednesday as well as Tuesday's and Thursdays with weekend makeups.

Driven's Team Total Sports Performance program is the ultimate team building foundational program from youth to high school athletics.
We focus on injury prevention, strength, conditioning, and team morale.
