I was really hesitant to begin training last February at Viking.
I had never worked out in a gym before and felt insecure about my weight and abilities.
Luckily the staff at Viking is amazing.
My trainer eased me into a program that was challenging but always achievable.
I also received help with nutrition and meal planning.
I lost 13 lbs in my first month!
It's been almost a year since I started my journey, and I'm still enjoying my workouts, and have lost a total of 43 lbs.! My body is completely different, and I have so much more energy.
