We utilize various training methods, such as GTS, Kettlebell, resistance, circuit, interval and cardiovascular as well as yoga.

Our personal trainers will then personalize your workout with free weights, free motion and strength equipment, or functional elements to increase stability and balance.
We finish you off on our massage tables for stretch and recovery therapy.

Karen Perez holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University in Miami.
She has been a personal trainer for over 22 years.
She has a passion for fitness holds certifications in personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and advanced Pilates for 12 years and trains clients at her private studio, Reformed Bodies, in North Miami Beach, Florida.
Karen believes a body should practice more than one type of fitness.
Whether it is Pilates, weight lifting, functional fitness, martial arts, biking, running, or swimming, the body is made for movement and should be in motion.
