Whether your goal is to build new muscle, prevent overuse injuries or simply beat the fitness boredom that comes from doing the same thing over and over, Switch Fitness has the classes, class times, instructors and child care to meet your needs. Never taken a Yoga class before? Not a problem. Barre is not ballet but we do use the bars. Bootcamp, isn't what you think, we aren't running outside and flipping tires.

Never heard of Piloxing, neither had anyone else until Switch Fitness brought it to Elk Grove and our members love it. Come in and experience the difference. Everyone is welcome at Switch Fitness no matter where you are in your fitness experience. You might enter as a new student but you'll leave a member of our community and you'll have fun getting fit.

Our prices are designed to get you in the studio and keep you coming back. If you have the want and the will we have an option that will meet your needs and your budget. If there is one thing we know for sure, it's that our SWITCH FAM knows how to get into the spirit of things!

This 30 minute class is designed to challenge you using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method.
Your heart rate will go up and down throughout class which is taught in our heated room at a temperature of 90 degrees.
This class is great for the conditioned athlete and anyone looking for a great full body workout.
Body weight, kettle bells and hand weights may be used in this class.
Inferno Hot Pilates or IHP combines pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) making it an efficient and effective way to burn fat and build muscles.
The pilates principles help develop a stronger core and the HIIT keeps you burning calories even after class is over.
IHP is a low impact class with many modifications making it suitable for any fitness level from beginner to athlete.
A great compliment to any yang practice that helps restore the healthy range of motion and balance our body needs to stay healthy and prevent injury.
Postures are held from 1-5 minutes to target the fascia and ligaments and create openness in the body while challenging the mind to focus on sensations in the body.
Boot Camp is the perfect class to build strength and improve endurance.
Classes are high intensity and higher impact than our other class options though modifications make this class accessible to all fitness levels.
This fast-paced class will keep challenged the whole time.
