Live stronger & longer with customized high intensity weight training from Personal Trainer Tony Medeiros in Tracy, CA. Strength training, also known as weight or resistance training, will improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight.

It will benefit your heart, improve your balance, strengthen your bones, and help you lose weight all while making you look and feel better. No matter where you are in your fitness level, I will help you find the fight amount to start with and we'll build from there. Need a fitness solution that is somewhere in between personal training and small group classes?

Semi-private sessions combine the energy and community feel with strength and conditioning. Each 60-minute training session includes manipulating program variables (intensity, volume, and rest time) for each athlete. Training sessions will be specifically catered to your fitness goals and facilitate improvements in strength, increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat % and metabolic conditioning.

Tony's fitness journey started in 2005 after his mom began what would be a multi-year roller coaster of health issues.
For years he cared for her and was inspired to learn more about health and wellness.
In 2009, he became a certified personal trainer.
While he would give his mom advice, he never sat down with a solid game plan as he was providing to his clients.
Tony's mom passed away a few months after he started his practice.
Tony debated continuing as a trainer, but after giving his mom's eulogy, he remembered what kind of person she wanted him to be and while he couldn't save his mom, he could save someone else's life.
