Game On! Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in Montgomery, Ohio that blends the best tried and true fitness methods with cutting-edge workout equipment and science-based knowledge. This personalized and unique exercise method ensures our In-Studio, Online, and Athlete clients get the individualized fitness results they are looking for.

With Game On! Fitness, our clients can choose from in-person training with our certified personal trainers, or our XCLPlate vibration plate classes, Indo-Row, TRX, yoga, barre, or total body fitness classes, all taught by our certified trainers at our Cincinnati area studio.

And, when clients can't make it to the gym, or live too far away from our Montgomery studio, they can choose Game On! On Demand, which offers a library of over 100 full-length online workouts led by our same certified trainers; or they can choose our XCLPlate At-Home Vibration Plate Training Package, which brings the benefits of vibration plate fitness to their home.XCLPlate Vibration Plate Training improves muscle tone increases lymphatic drainage increases bone mass decreases belly fat is for everyone.

Classes are offered to help kids keep in shape and have fun!
We also believe in offering all of our members VARIETY.
Athletic Training, Personal Training, Nutrition, Kids' Camps and Group Fitness.
We offer a variety of classes on our vibration plates, taught by certified trainers.
Classes may focus on cardio or use equipment such as bands, barbells and/or dumbbells to build healthy muscle and strength.
XCLPlate Vibration Plate Training also assists in fat loss and lymphatic drainage for faster recovery and more efficient athletic training.

Our Indo-Row classes use water rowers for a low-impact cardio workout.
Most classes spend time on and off the rower, and might include dumbbells, barbells, or TRX as a complement.
