At Freedom Fitness Gym, we provide personal training, boot camp workouts, athletic training, and small group exercise classes at our two convenient local gym locations in Federal Way and Burien, WA. Our goal is to help our members reach their health and fitness goals. We know how challenging it is to reach those goals without guidance from a fitness professional.

Fitness is our passion, that is why we created our fitness center. We are the anti big-box gym. People need a solution to the big-box gym problem that we're faced with in this great country. A high value personal touch training environment that includes large group classes, small group training, and 1-on-1 training and coaching services. Our educated and friendly trainers/coaches are willing to answer questions and provide guidance to ALL members.

Here you will find indoor field turf, kettlebells, punching bags, and Olympic lifting; as well as cardio equipment, dumbbells, and cable machines.

At Freedom Fitness, all memberships include training.
The proprietary training system (what we call our "Guided Workout Sheets") developed by Drew DeVry is helping people achieve those goals.
Our guided workouts with trainers provide members the ability to get the guidance & help of a trainer, but at a lower cost of traditional one-on-one personal training.
This system is the foundation of Freedom Fitness.
One trainer can train multiple people at once, but each individual has their own workout, picked out for their goals, their fitness level, and any possible physical limitations they may have.
