No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Our facility has expanded steadily since its founding in 2004. We offer a place for our members to develop their fitness in a welcoming and supportive training environment. We promote a family atmosphere and encourage all of our members to strive to challenge themselves, while supporting one another.
