The Fitness Studio has been owned and operated by Brian Knudsen since 2004. The business was created by combining the energy, knowledge, and experience of Brian and colleague Greg Verhey. From there, other local professional fitness trainers and massage therapists joined the team. In 2010, The Fitness Studio combined space with Elise Badone of SoulFit, bringing us to our current location and size.

We have over 100 pieces of functional training tools and equipment, as well as two (2) bathrooms and one (1) shower available to our clients. At The Fitness Studio, we have created a space that is open, clean, professional, productive, and a fun environment for our clients, trainers and therapists. We take pride in the fact that our business has been built 100% organically on referrals through amazing client experiences.
Services
At The Fitness Studio, the most important component of our facility and business are the clients who walk through our doors.

We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where everyone can comfortably workout regardless of your goals, age or fitness level.
The Fitness Studio is melting pot where a senior in their 70's can work out in the same environment, using the same tools and equipment as a performance athlete, and both can meet their diverse fitness objectives.

The Fitness Studio has an upbeat, positive vibe! - Sherry M.
I first came to see Hope through a referral from a friend of mine that does personal training.
I had many aches and pains that seemed never to go away so I decided to give Hope a call to determine if these pains were 'part of growing old' or more a function of inadequate posture/workouts.
