Dan Flaherty has 20 years of experience as a fitness coach and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer. He specializes in functional/corrective exercise, including post-injury and surgical rehabilitation, performance fitness, and sports-specific training. An avid cyclist and triathlete, Dan has designed and successfully coached multiple Ironman triathlon programs.
Dan's personal philosophy is to create customized fitness solutions for each individual he coaches. Our workouts are designed to get you back into shape, reduce body fat and create lean body mass. Dan has a strong working knowledge of human anatomy, nutrition, and the principles of exercise science. And, most importantly, he has a great ability to motivate and encourage his clients in a fun way.
