This class will still challenge you while reinforcing the basics and fundamentals of boxing.
Everyone, new and experienced, will benefit by learning or honing form and footwork.
You will start off with warm up and circuit training and will complete boxing and footwork.
Bring wraps and gloves.
All Levels: Strength training class using super-set combinations of kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX, battle ropes and/or dumbbells.
Then test your endurance with cardio and challenging combos on the heavy bag.
This class will still challenge you while reinforcing the basics and fundamentals of boxing.
