Priv-Swiss Fitness is an award-winning upscale, boutique fitness studio specializing in Pilates, Barre, Yoga and infrared sauna therapy. Our signature BarefootBands class combines Pilates, Yoga, barefoot cardio and resistance training. Other unique group classes include Pilates Bootcamp, Cardio Fusion Flow and Muscle Pump. Priv-Swiss: The Club is an exclusive, members only dedicated studio in our Westbrook facility, that is unparalleled in Connecticut.

Steam and Infrared Saunas, luxury glass rain head showers, a premier locker room, complimentary fruit infused water and essential oil scented chilled towels and many other complimentary wellness services. Heidi Kunzli brings over 20 years of professional experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, addictions, maladaptive behaviors, burnout, stress and other life issues.
In 2002, she founded and directed the groundbreaking luxury boutique rehabilitation center Beau Monde, and Beau Monde's Emotional/Psychological Executive Renewal Programs in Newport Beach, California.
Beau Monde, modeled after the exclusive, private Swiss clinic, quickly became an international success and for the next 6 years expanded to include 7 locations in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and the Hollywood Hills (Laurel Canyon Recovery Center.)

Our detailed program, approved by the Pilates Method Alliance, is based on the principles developed by Joseph Pilates, but also incorporates progressive thought to put a new contemporary twist on the classical method.
Our in-depth approach to learning the Pilates repertoire, led by our in-house team of experienced trainers, will prepare future instructors to provide safe and effective sessions for every type of client they will encounter.
