My name is Rojan Agahi, and I am the founder/owner of BodyRox Fitness and I would love to help you with your fitness goals! I am a mom of two very active little boys. Staying healthy and fit is key to keeping up with them! I want to inspire and help others with their journey of a full life through healthy eating and an active lifestyle. I offer seasonal boot camps, in-home personal training, and also online personal training and work with people of all fitness levels.
From those who have never trained before, to those that are looking for a new challenge. It's important that my clients achieve their goals, but also have fun doing so! I was a competitive figure skater growing up, which turned professional later in life. After skating for Walt Disney On Ice for a short while, I figured out what I wanted to concentrate my studies on in college.
I received my BS in Kinesiolgy in 2002. I went on to become certified with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and was a personal trainer for some time.

She is certified in so many areas of fitness which shows when I work out with her.
I really enjoy her HIIT routines she provides which she incorporates the use of Tabata, TRX suspension, sprints, jump rope, weights, and others mixed together for a "killer" workout.
Her workouts are always changing so I'm never bored and I always look forward to see what she has planned for me.
