We offer both private and group Reformer pilates classes. This is one of the best ways to overcome or prevent any type of injuries as it is a low impact way of strengthen and lengthen your body. With our nutritional coaching we help you reach your health goals. This is a personalized program where we look into what you specifically need in order to achieve your goals no matter if it is to loose weight, prepare for a long distance race, get over chronic health issues.

Our Personal trainer Matt is very passionate about health and will do everything he can to get you into the best shape ever, making sure you'll hit your fitness goals. Here we customize a package perfect for your own body and in order to reach your health goals. It can be a combination of Pilates, Personal Training and Nutrition as we believe that a mixture is the best way to go if you want to achieve your goals.

We are currently building our class schedule and will offer more and more group classes as the time goes by.
If you are a party of 3-4 people and have a particular time that would fit for your group, let us know as we might be able to add that time on to our schedule as a regular class.

If you are looking to really take your health and strength to the next level, then Personal Training is for you.
We offer one on one sessions as well as small groups with two or three people per session.
Our personal trainer, Matt Salyer is highly knowledgeable and very passionate about weight training and goes way beyond to make sure you see results while also having a great time in the gym.
Depending on your goals, we can work with anything from band resistance work, cardio training, interval training, free weight training, balance work, rehabilitation movements as well as strength training where we work on the compound lifts.
We often forget the importance of nutrition.
We can look at food being the materials our body needs to maintain and constantly renew the whole system.
If we don't give our bodies the right nutrients or the variety needed, our structure can only last for so long.
With time different symptoms will arrive which the body often can heal if we just support it correctly, eating a variety of healthy foods, incorporating some targeted supplements as well as making sure we are exercising, sleeping and detoxifying our system the best way possible.
