My name is Eric Hine.
I'm an ACE Certified Master Trainer with over 30,000 hours of hands on personal training experience.
I've been involved in exercise personally for over 30 years, and professionally for over 20 years.
I'm not someone who took up exercise casually and decided to make a living at it.
I've spent my entire adult life living the lifestyle I preach.
In that time, I've had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of people how to exercise safely and effectively, eat right, improve or over come injuries of all kinds, and achieve their fitness goals.

What if my schedule is erratic?
There are two options here.
One is to "float" on my schedule.
Some clients with unpredictable schedules don't have set times and fill in slots when others are unable to attend their workouts.
The other option is phone coaching.
What is a typical workout like?
A typical workout will consist of abdominal/core work, followed by strength training.
Some clients like to make cardio part of their hour, while some prefer to do it on their own.
The weight loss specific program incorporates half an hour of cardio into the workout.
There are two options here.

This package is recommended for beginners and will be satisfactory for moderate to advanced experience levels.
It consists of two, forty-five minute to one hour training sessions per week for one calendar month and is designed around your fitness goals.
