Our mission is to change the way people view and experience their health. Understand that YOU have the power within you to be THE best, most healthy, version of yourself. From the intricacies of your breath practice in everyday life to how you move and function inside and out of the gym, we want to promote and encourage a mindfulness unlike what you have experienced before.

We have all had personal trainers, chiropractors, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, etc. but have we ever been told we can fix things on our own with slight changes of our daily habits? We have not experienced an environment where we are encouraged to completely take control of our health and understand what "healthy" actually means. At Align we want to empower you to be independent, all while being a part of a community of people who "think they can".

After starting CrossFit in 2012, I realized my capacity for fitness was much greater than I ever thought it could be.
As a Division 1 and professional pitcher, I thought I had it all figured out when it came to fitness.
CrossFit has changed the way I view health and was a catalyst in choosing my career.
I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and an avid believer that regular movement and healthy choices have the ability to prevent discomfort and disease.
We are now parents to a beautiful baby girl and still enjoy and make fitness a priority as a daily part of life.
Our fitness program allows for all levels of athletes, whether experienced, novice or anywhere in between, to elevate their training and maximize their strength and mobility potential.
A wide array of movements are regularly taught and included in the gym's program.
You can expect to learn and become more efficient with olympic lifts, power lifts, gymnastic movements and progressions, body weight exercises, running, biking and rowing.
All of these exercises are preceded by an extensive warm-up routine that is specifically designed for the exercises to be completed that day.
