No matter where you're starting out on your fitness journey, when you work out with us-you'll learn how to become consistent and accountable through our dynamic group fitness and incredibly supportive community.
Everyone starts with a week free trial OR a free class trial. This will introduce you to what the group workouts are like and how amazing our community is. Members have access to the InBody 270 Body Composition Analyzer to gain a better understanding of their weight, body fat percentage, BMR (basal metabolic rate), and muscle mass. Next, we'll set some fitness goals based on your wants and needs.
Air-O's workouts are fun, engaging, and are always challenging your body with different styles of H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) and resistance training.

I pride myself in being a leader, a motivator, a coach, but most of all, a friend.
I love running Spartan races, electric longboarding, and disc golfing in my spare time.

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, lower body exercises and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength and build up a strong base.
Air-O combines H.I.I.T., strength training and upper body exercises to help you get stronger and to hit your goals.

Different than a membership, punch cards allow you to purchase classes in limited quantities of 1, 5, or 10 classes, and can be redeemed for any of our regularly scheduled group classes (excluding Yoga and Boxfit which can be purchased separately for $15).
