My strong passion for health and love for helping others inspired me to seek a career in the Fitness & Wellness industry. I began bringing my inspirations to life when I attended Northern Arizona University and earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Psychology.
I enhanced my four-year degree by participating in two hands-on personal training & physical therapy based internships. After college, I furthered my education by getting certified as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, CMT Trigger Point Release Therapist, L & M Energetic Alchemist, and an L & M Reiki Master. I take a holistic approach to my fitness & wellness services using my strong educational background & diverse work experience to guide my clients towards a healthy & well-balanced lifestyle.

I take a holistic approach to personal training that encompasses a variety of methods including resistance/weight training, cardio, stretching, and trigger point release.
To me, personal training isn't just about a physical appearance, it's about teaching my clients how to take care of themselves through exercise, nourishment, and self care.
All sessions include manual stretching after the workout.
I also include trigger point & myofascial release for muscle soreness, aches, & discomfort if needed.
