Bachelor of Science Kinesiology, former Head Assistant Strength Coach from Northern Illinois University 1995-96, former Interim Head Strength Coach Spring of 1996. Currently certified NSCA-CSCS, and NASM-CPT. Considered by many, one of the BEST personal trainers in Dallas for the past 23+ years. Focusing primarily on private in home personal training in the past, Tom is now focused on building his clientele at Hidden Gym in Allen Texas.
Tom will educate you on proper strength training techniques and cardiovascular fitness to prevent injury and teach you the benefits of exercise. Tom has been a competitive athlete since the age of 5, including but not limited to; Illinois high school letterman in Baseball, Football, Track & Field, NJCAA Nationally ranked College of DuPage football, and NCAA Southern Illinois Salukis football.
