DRUMBA is an exercise format that combines regular or weighted Drumba Stix with combinations of dance steps and exercise moves to create a fast-paced, intense cardio workout for the upper and lower body. Because it can be done seated or standing, it makes for a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and physical abilities.

Dina Scott has various certifications including Group Fitness from Cooper Clinic, and a NCCPT Personal Training from ISAA, (NCCA accredited) We start the 1/2 day certification off with an included Master Class so you can see Drumba in action!
It is immersive interactive training, designed to provide you with the knowledge and practical application of the DRUMBA format.
If you are out of state and want to attend DRUMBA Certification Training in Texas, we will provide a list of hotels in the area that are close to the training facility and work with you on a day and time that fits your schedule.

She told me to come in and try a class, which I did.
I actually showed up on a Latin Dance class night, but she took time from getting ready to lead that class to come over and talk to the weird person who was standing in her waiting area about classes.
