Kickboxing and boxing combine with constantly varied and never boring MAX Strength classes.

A blend of TRX Suspension bands, bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, fitness bands build muscle and tone your body and super charge your metabolism. Our facility is located in the North Seattle / Pinehurst area with easy access from I-5 and major bus routes. Using kickboxing and boxing techniques we've safely borrowed from the best martial arts forms from around the world, this MMA (mixed martial arts) inspired cross training program is true functional fitness.
Cross-training refers to a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise.
It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same fitness routine.
It's beneficial for maintaining a high level of overall fitness and may complement other types of fitness you're already into (running, CrossFit, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc).
It is our stated mission to provide a personal trainer experience in a group setting.

The MaxFitness Boot Camp Challenges are immersive fitness courses with high level coaching for weight-loss, health and lifestyle changes.
We typically run 10-week boot camps but occasional 4-5 weeks sessions as well.
