We are a CrossFit dedicated gym located in the popular Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, VA (just 4 blocks from the Ballston metro station on the Orange Line). The Ballston CrossFit (BCF) team has always had a passion for sports, health and fitness. Our gym and workout programs are completely designed around driving results for our members. CrossFit coaches lead members through a fun and challenging 1 hour long workout of the day (WOD), coaching athletes on technique and encouraging you to work hard.
I truly enjoyed my time at Ballston CrossFit. The community here is awesome and the athletes and coaches are exceptional. The programming is also great and, with modifications, is challenging and a good workout for all levels of athletes. I also found this box to be clean, organized and well-run. BCF is very member-focused. I highly recommend this box!

Drop-in fees are $25 per WOD ($45 with a shirt) or $75 (paid on first visit) for a week of unlimited classes ($95 with a shirt).
Accepted methods of payment: Cash, PayPal [email protected] (please send with no fees or add 10% to drop-in rate) or Venmo [email protected].
Note - if you forget to do this or it is short notice, you're still welcome to join us for the workout (notification is helpful for our coaching team).

The Foundations course is our beginner's class and is designed to prepare individuals who are new to the CrossFit movements for our ongoing CrossFit group classes (WODs).
Foundations consists of 6 sessions, 3x per week over 2 weeks (note - it is ok to miss 1 of the 6 classes).
These training classes have a low coach to student ratio to ensure that students learn the correct techniques for the CrossFit movements.
You can enroll in our next scheduled Foundations program or you can arrange private Foundations with a coach during a time that best meets your needs.

My CrossFit journey started in 2017 when I joined BCF and I haven't looked back.
I am so thankful that I found BCF!
Growing up, I played every sport imaginable (baseball, softball, volleyball, track & field, gymnastics, surfing, and bikram yoga) without ever being a master at one, except maybe karate, which I trained for 15+ years.
Any given weeknight, you can find me working on skill progressions, running around bootcamp and lifting heavy with our amazing community of athletes.
But this wasn't always the case.
