Because one-sized fitness fits no one, our approach meets you where you are with a custom program and plan to get you where you want to be.

With 25+ years as a competitive runner, she knows that you need all the above to kick butt and take names inside and outside the gym.
Along with physical fitness, Erin will also coach you in mindfulness through breathing exercises, journaling and visualization to flex those mental muscles you need to be present and calm in this whirlwind called life.
