I've always been a competitive and active person.
Grew up playing multiple sports baseball, football and hockey.
Racing motocross for 10+ years this is where I learned and developed the love for training and fitness.
After motocross career came to an end.
I turned my passion and competitive nature with my fitness toward triathlons.
During this time I got into personal training and started helping others achieve their goals around 2008.
Was introduced to CrossFit in 2011 and it was the perfect match.
