We develop safe, effective, and evidence-based programs for clients who want to manage cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic and musculoskeletal disorders with exercise. Perform at your peak level. Whether you're a pro, a student athlete, or just want to take your fitness level up a notch, get the performance conditioning that will take you there.

Jason creates individualized plans tailored to your needs and goals. Unlike most trainers in the industry, he takes the time to assess your improvement in performance, mobility, and form. Emily employs a hands-on treatment that blends a wide range of massage, tissue release, and flexibility techniques to address aches, stiffness, and painful muscle tension.

Manual therapy coupled with strength training has a powerful effect on the body. He is educated and well-trained, and communicates clearly about more technical fitness needs. He has a great personality (which makes 6am workouts fun), and he is both patient and honest--things needed in a trainer you want to meet your body goals with!
