During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps.
If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.

We start you off with a free consultation so you can get to know us.
We will spend 15 minutes talking about you and how 4Balance Fitness can help fast track your goals.
Once you have decided that 4Balance Fitness is right for you we match you up with a coach!
They will take you through three 60 minute sessions (180 min) that include a Lifestyle Consultation, Movement Analysis, and Physical Assessment.
Once your assessments are completed your coach will design your program weekly & customize it to your goals & lifestyle.
It doesn't matter how much gym experience you have our coaches are here to help you get started today.
We assess each of our new clients thoroughly to ensure their programming is suited to their skill level, needs and energy throughout the week.
