Our revelation is to provide parents with a safe and secure environment for their children to participate in physical activity and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Children learn the joy and satisfaction of being physically active and part of the group regardless of their strengths.
One on one private sessions including agility, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and nutrition. Surface Fitness has been a safe and comfortable place for my boys to stay active and interact with other kids. My boys love the smaller group size where they have been able to get to know each kid working out and playing games with them and share laughs.
Their favorite things to do at Surface Fitness are play games, do scavenger hunts around town and of course participate in the 10 day challenge. They love creating and hitting goals while interacting with other kids.

Shannon Pondella, owner and creator of surface fitness, earned her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
She has also earned her Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Along with her personal trainer certification, she has also earned her Youth Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.
She specializes in sport specific training, team training and injury prevention sessions.
