After losing 40 pounds and going through his own transformation to a healthy and active lifestyle he know what it takes to set fitness goals, achieve them, and maintain that healthy lifestyle over time.

Brad has run four marathons and participated in the 16-mile Lost Lake mountain running race and the Great Cycle Challenge to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis research and fighting children's cancer.
