I specialize in strength and conditioning programs to improve general fitness, athleticism, and body composition. I work with people of all fitness backgrounds, from complete beginners and self-described "non-athletes", to seasoned fitness enthusiasts and current athletes. My training programs aim to make you move better, feel stronger, and endure longer, no matter your age or athletic background.

I also coach running and help runners get faster, run longer, and finish stronger. Training with Kim was my first time with a personal trainer, so I didn't know what to expect. I had a very good experience. She is a good listener, understood my needs and designed a workout regime to fit my needs. She gently encouraged me through each training session and made strength training look easy.

I grew stronger every week and felt energized after each session. She taught me exercises I could do at home. I strength train regularly by myself after I trained with Kim. I have received many compliments on how fit I have become, all thanks to Kim.

For me, those personal goals often look like lifting heavier weights, running faster splits, hiking taller mountains, biking more technical terrain, or tackling new outdoor adventures.
I see the relationship between client and coach as a key component for success, which is why I strongly believe it's got to be a good fit on both ends.

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles, all with the purpose of making you a better version of yourself.

When your goals are about building muscle, lifting heavier, improving athletic power, or changing body composition, your program will include strength training.
Even if you're not a "bodybuilder" you should be strength training!

I met Kim for the first (of what I hope and plan to be many) sessions today.
She was attentive, professional, easy going, supportive, and knowledgable.
As a runner, I've never had any formal training and Kim was really great at coaching me through each dynamic warm up, explaining drills, pointing out areas where my form could be improved, and leading me through a cool down stretching routine.
