Spark Fitness is probably more like a gym than a bar, but still unlike any other gym you've been to. We try not to take ourselves too seriously, but we are committed to your goals. In between lifting heavy weights and burning lots of calories we actually have fun. Why? Because fitness doesn't have to suck and we believe that the experience is just as important as the results.
We are a fun group of passionate and diverse fitness professionals that feel and act like family. Depending on the day, we often refer to ourselves as the wolf pack, three stooges, or the dream team. You have a busy life full of responsibilities and you don't have the time to do hours of exercise or the desire to eat boiled chicken every day; neither do we.

Spark Fitness was founded in 2013 by David and Cindy Crump.
After working in the commercial gym atmosphere for a number of years and seeing the lack of care and support most gyms give to their members, they knew there was a better way.
What started as a small 1000 square foot gym has now grown into a 2500 square foot facility with all the trimmings, but that pales in comparison to what Spark Fitness is all about: creating a fitness experience and community that is centered on helping clients improve all areas of their lives.

Semi-Private training is our signature program at Spark Fitness.
Traditional personal training can be very costly and often not necessary for those that have some fitness experience.
Our semi-private training approach offers the same individualized workouts at a fraction of the cost and with more scheduling flexibility.
That means more workouts every week and better results!
Your training sessions will be with a small group of 1 or 2 other members who will provide camaraderie, support, and a lot of laughter.
