Our primary focus will be to provide safe and efficient workouts while concentrating on joint health so you will be able to train and be active for decades, not months. We will begin with a fitness/movement assessment to ensure you are capable of certain movements. If not, we will perform the corrective exercises needed which will build the muscles that have become weak and imbalanced, all while providing intense activity to maximize calorie loss as well.
Individuals will have different needs based on lifestyles, professions and medical issues. We will tailor each workout to the individual to provide what will be the most beneficial for them specifically, not a general population. In my experience when most have joint pain, they look directly at the joints as the key factor. What I have found is joint pain can be due to weakness in areas surrounding the joints.
For example, knee pain can be caused by tight or weak hips which cause the knee to track offline and cause rubbing leading to inflammation.
