We use CrossFit group classes, nutrition, and community to help you become the best version of yourself. If you want to lose weight, gain strength, and feel great, we can help you accomplish those goals. We've used CrossFit group classes, with a focus on common-sense nutrition and encouraging community to help many of our members succeed in reaching their goals.

If you're ready to get to work, we've got a plan for you. You're busy, we get it. You need a workout plan that actually works with no gimmicks. Our CrossFit coaches lead each of our group classes, help you scale the movements to your ability, and best of all, the classes last only an hour. When you put in the work, you'll see the results. The best workout plans can't out-train a bad diet.

Sure, you'll see some results after spending time in the gym. But in our experience, when our members dial in their workouts coupled with a common sense approach to nutrition, the results have been amazing. There's something special when you know you've got someone there experiencing the same thing when you're pushing through a hard workout and staying diligent in your nutrition.

At Midtown OKC, we have a large open floor for our group classes as well as a large space for warming up/cooling down, dedicated Olympic lifting platforms, private training room for small classes, a recovery treatment room for acupuncture and massage, and showers.
We've got the perfect setup for classes, large and small.
We started CrossFit 405 started 10 years ago with the vision of helping people realize their full potential to help them live their best lives.
We've seen this happen by focusing on great nutrition, building our overall physical fitness capacity, and encouraging each other through a great community atmosphere.

One of our original members, Karli has been a part of CrossFIt 405 since 2010.
Growing up playing sports and with a military background, she considered herself to be in decent shape.
When Chris started at CrossFit 405 during the spring of 2021, he was the heaviest he had been, but the idea of going to a normal gym wasn't appealing.
