My focus is to assist you in reaching your fitness goals no matter what your age, size or physical limitations. You can look and feel your best with a program that includes, good eating habits and workouts designed just for you. I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor in the Oklahoma City area since 1992. It is my belief that the best approach in business is to be honest.

This is why you will never see "Special" service pricing. Nobody will ever pay less for my services than what I offer to you. I offer everybody a NO-OBLIGATION RISK-FREE TRIAL. Unlike a gym or fitness club that sells memberships for unsecured / unsupervised access to gym equipment, Don's Do Fitness is a fitness studio. Our fitness instructors perform classroom instruction and personal training services.

That means no matter what your age, your size or your physical limitations, you can look and feel your best on a program of good eating habits and exercise tailored for you.
Owner Don Oliver has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in the Oklahoma City area since 1992.
Your health is our primary concern.
We understand that the vast majority of people are not looking to be body builders or models.
The 3 month option is a perfect choice for you.
Instructors are always present to oversee your personal training or classroom instruction.
When you are ready to commit to your fitness goals, this option is for you.
Your 12 Month Package includes an in depth fitness evaluation with a personal trainer.
When visiting our fitness studio, instructors are always present to oversee your personal training or classroom instruction.
Our trainers offer a range of specialty services such as yoga, boxing, body sculpting and lifestyle enhancement.
Your trainer provides a program designed just for you and oversees/monitors your progress each week.
Are you looking for body shaping, weight loss, cardio training, weight training, weigh-bearing exercise, over-50 athletic training or flexibility/yoga?
This option provides the most personal attention.
Work out in small groups of two to four.
This option provides direct supervision from a personal trainer coupled with the camaraderie and extra challenge that comes with working out with your peers.
A: You may park in the common area in front of our building as well as the large parking lot across Shartel ave.
A: No previous enrollment required and no fee for package holders.
Just show up.
If it is your first time or have any questions for the instructor, please arrive early.
For your safety, please let your instructor know about any injuries or physical limitations.
We hope you will want to purchase a package with Don's Do Fitness so you may take part in classes and use the gym in addition to your personal training sessions.
Appropriate athletic shoes only.
No street shoes, sandals or flip flops are allowed in studio or gym during workouts, classes and personal training.
Exceptions apply to yoga classes.
Please wear proper fitness attire during your workout.
If you wear shorts, be aware that you may be asked to lie on your back with your feet in the air.
Protect your modesty!.
Please be observant and courteous when sharing the circuit with other who may work at a different pace than you.
If you need the circuit equipment adjusted for any reason, please allow our staff to adjust it for you.
