Egoscue is postural therapy and a proven method that gets to the root of your chronic pain by returning your body to proper alignment, function and balance.
Paige, a certified Egoscue therapist, will work with you to develop a series of corrective exercises that will not only alleviate your pain, but prevent future pain and injuries.

Pepperdine University was my golden ticket to sun filled California and how much more amazing could it be to study Psychology above the coastline in Malibu.
The American College of Sports Medicine recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per week and at least 2 to 3 days of resistance, flexibility and neuromotor exercise.
Remember this is the minimum recommended.
The frequency and duration of your workouts each week should be tailored around your specific goals and your individualized needs.
Every person is unique and will respond differently to the physical demands placed on him or her.
It's important to progressively overload the body so don't make drastic changes from week to week.
One of my goals last year was to run the Las Vegas Strip Half Marathon and I was excited about the challenge.
I only had about six weeks to accomplish my goal with no prior running experience.
After registering for the race, I signed up to train with Paige.
She was able to provide personalized training for endurance running that would make me stronger, avoid injury and was appropriate for my age and present fitness level.
I am so proud that I was able to complete the Las Vegas race and have so much fun.
